I had a very pleasant stay. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. I had a problem with the sound on my tv, it caught my attention and contact with 5 minutes engineer and corrected.

Very good location, near Oxford street, and the subway. Next to the Haydée park, number of shops and restaurants nearby. Very accessible to move. The hotel is beautiful, good service and breakfast

Service"RECEPTION SERVICE FROM ARRIVAL TO DEPARTURE WAS DEPLORABLE"
I registered at the same time as a colleague. Our rooms were not ready. He was offered a complimentary breakfast and then was given a room 30 minutes later. They offered me nothing and it took more than 2 hours to get a room.
"GREAT SERVICE AND MAKE US FEEL SPECIAL"
From the beginning, the service was very good. I needed to check and access our room before the norm, so I called late tomorrow and spoke with one of the employees, who said he would try to do his best as likely to be there for 12 or so, and also not until 3pm. We arrived there, they reported being another 45 minutes, so we waited at reception. Staff I found after 20 minutes, said everything was ready. Not only did we get access early, but we had upgraded to a junior suite from a normal room. I guess this was because it was our anniversary, but not only did they not, but delivered some wines, chocolate cake with candles, chocolate strawberry and a staff card. Cristina Calderón as mentioned, and Valeria Attaguille all played their part in doing things very, very special. I'm sure being a member of Carson's club helped with all the special treatment, but we had a great stay and were very impressed. Do stay at the Radisson and if they have a similar offer, and as a member of carson, I would look to go with them, but what they did for us this time was really exceptional. Thank you!

It is a hotel, that if you choose a superior room or junior suite, the stay is comfortable, because the Standard rooms, are extremely small and uncomfortable, to the extent that there is no space to open suitcases, nor can move comfortably. The front desk and concierge staff are very attentive and friendly, from the portmans. It is very well located. There are times when the lobby furniture is insufficient.
"EXCELLENT SERVICE"
We stayed for two nights with my wife. My wife was on her first visit to London. Because of this we found two chocolate muffins and a card written in our room when we returned on Saturday to welcome us to London. Along with the half bottle of wine they gave us as part of the escape pack, this secret of our trip. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We were able to leave our bags all day when we left. The breakfast is excellent. The quality is really very good. The choice of decor in the room was a bit strange, and maybe a bit dated, but overall it is a great hotel with a great location.

We had a lovely stay at the Radisson Blu Portman London hotel. The beds are great and the stay in general is very comfortable. Yes, the hotel is not new but it has its charm and the employees are great. If you need to know anything about London he came to the goal he knows everything
"PERFECT STAY."
We booked the hotel together with friends for a short stay in London. We feel very welcome at the hotel. Excellent staff at the reception, at the bar and the breakfast restaurant. Very nice room, clean and comfortable, free internet access, a nice bar, breakfast with a great variety. The location is perfect for shopping and exploring the city. We will definitely be back.

This hotel needs a reform in the rooms. They are really crappy. Breakfast buffet very good, and requesting espresso coffee they do it since the one they serve is horrifying. The location of the hotel is perfect for getting to know London and especially for shopping.

Lovely staff and excellent location. nothing more to ask. The breakfast was perfect and the service in the restaurant was second to none. 100% new when I'm in London during Christmas. Overall very happy and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
"EXCELLENT STAFF AND FRIENDLY SERVICE"
We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The front desk staff was very friendly. To us we realized chatting that we had only got married a few weeks before and that it was my husband's birthday and we were upgraded to a junior suite. Not only that, they even arranged a bottle of champagne to be sent to our room! The room was amazing. A comfortable bed and blackout curtains ensured a fantastic night's sleep. Breakfast was great, a great variety to choose from. I definitely recommend it.
